MAKE YOURSELF
UNWELCOME.

Clear five encounters, then face a random biome boss. Start with a Hex Repeater and Doorbreaker, collect coins, and improve your two-gun loadout. Your ward regenerates after avoiding damage; health and ammunition can be purchased between encounters.

Amber circles and lanes warn of attacks. Sidestep charges, jump ground slams, and leave spore fields. Critical hits interrupt windups; attack recovering enemies for 25% bonus damage. Aim at a Sentinel’s head to bypass its frontal armor. Your cannon can hurt several enemies at once. Q picks up nearby loot. Kills charge your ultimate; press F when ready. Charge carries between encounters. Ultimate kills do not recharge an active ability. Between encounters, move the reticle and shoot cards to claim rewards, shop, or open stored chests.

KNOW YOUR PREY. Aim at enemies to reveal their names, rank, defenses, and weaknesses. Veterans, elites, and named champions hit harder and drop more loot. Gold health bars mean armor; blue bars are wards.
FIRE stacks three burns that grow hotter. SHOCK breaks wards and interrupts attacks. CORROSIVE stacks armor erosion. FROST slows, then freezes with repeated hits. VOID marks targets for 25% more damage from other elements or kinetic weapons. Elemental monsters resist their own element; their nameplate shows their weakness. Gun traits and elemental modifiers combine independently.

ALIEN INFESTATION. Brood Matriarchs retreat and lay eggs. Shoot eggs during their seven-second incubation to prevent a hatch. Skitterfangs mature into Venom Reavers, then Siegebacks, then Dreadmaws. Each evolution requires a vulnerable cocoon; damaging it weakens the hatchling. Queens and eggs must be cleared to end the encounter. Green circles mark incoming acid mortars. Destroy the breeders before the swarm grows.

A BEAUTIFUL
BAD IDEA.
